Sridhar has been working with clients in India and the Middle East on strategy and performance related engagements across automotive, life sciences, chemicals and financial services. He has extensive experience in development and management of franchising models. Sridhar has built lasting relationships with clients through successful engagements such as transforming the after-market spare parts strategy of India’s second largest commercial vehicle manufacturer to deliver a 25% growth in revenue and profits. Sridhar has also done extensive work evaluating the relative economics of businesses across the two hottest emerging markets – India and China – for a number of Indian entities. |
