| The Finding Sun Tzu Challenge (FSTC) is a business strategy competition organized annually by Avalon Consulting, a leading strategy and management consulting firm in India. The FSTC was first held in 2006 for a select set of b-school campuses with a view to encouraging strategic thinking and exposing management students to the consulting environment. Over the last 5 years, the competition has grown in popularity and reach, with the last edition reaching over 800 students across campuses in India. We have had participating teams present ideas in diverse verticals like Agri-Business, Retail, Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation and Entertainment. The contest has been named after Sun Tzu, an ancient Chinese general, philosopher and strategist who authored Art of War, an influential book on military strategy which has over the years been adapted to business situations by various management theorists |
