The senior management module is strategic in nature while the primer module is tactical in nature, and is meant to serve as an introduction to social media for the middle management. The advanced module, also meant for the middle management, is both tactical and strategic in nature and is meant to help decision makers understand and effectively deploy social media

Social Media: Advanced module
Batch size: Up to 15 participants
Target audience: Middle management including department heads across various functions
Duration: 1.5 days (3 sessions of 4 hours each)
Course content:
- Social media and its relevance to business
- Social media building blocks
- How companies are using social media across functions (including case studies on sector specific best practices)
- Advanced social media toolkit including guided demonstrations and tips and tricks covering all relevant social media
- Guided practical exercises on participation in social media for the relevant functions (including case studies)
- Winning with social media: An advanced module dealing with social media strategy vision, deployment and integration. This module also demonstrates how to spot and understand emerging issues and trends in the industry that affect business and also spot opportunities
- How to deal with organizational issues (transparency, resistance to change, centralization versus decentralization of control of communication on social media, etc)
- Organizational risks and mitigation; Crises management
