Community Akanksha

Avalon Consulting played Santa to a group of underprivileged children under the patronage of the Akanksha Foundation, a Mumbai based non-profit organization with the vision of empowering children through education.

Loaded with a sack full of goodies, our team visited a group of 70 children, aged between 9-12 years, at one of Akanksha’s learning centers at Parel, Mumbai to throw a Christmas party for the kids.

What followed was an afternoon of fun and frolic during which we interacted with the bright-eyed, enthusiastic and fun loving children and the committed and highly inspired group of teachers from Akanksha.

We spoke to the children about their interests, backgrounds and heard them talk about their aspirations. The children, in turn, were whole heartedly accepting and eager to please. They were excited to portray their talents and interests and had organized some outstanding performances for the afternoon

It was truly a memorable way to bring in the New Year.
