The first step towards breaking the bias is to be open and speak up about it. That is what we did in “Cordence Women in Consulting Panel Discussion” to celebrate gender equality and inclusiveness. Avalon Consulting was represented by Veenapriyalakshmi Venkatesan and Aishwarya Hariharan who highlighted the stereotypes women face in Indian workplaces and how we should address them.
