New Delhi: Avalon Consulting participated in the recently concluded World Food India conference held at Vigyan Bhawan as State Knowledge Partner to Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of Karnataka. Karnataka delegation was led by Shri RV Deshpande, Hon’ble Minister of Industry & Labor , Shri Krishna Byre Gowda, Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture and Shri Maheshwar Rao, Secretary, Department of Agriculture.
We assisted the state government to promote its focus on enabling agri-based start-ups, millets and organic production and developing drip irrigation to facilitate a comprehensive farm to fork model. Karnataka was one of the focus states for investments during the 3 day event and was widely praised by private corporate sector on its agriculture and food processing sector.
